Most devs don't care about

But I do. This web page is <1 kb - 987 bytes.

A TCP packet has a practical size of 1460 bytes (20 of those are the header) so this page only took 1 packet to get to you. How's that for speed and size?

The quality, you ask? It's fairly malformed, but HTML5 specifies that all byte sequences produce some DOM.

If you inspected it it might even look well-formed if odd; browsers re-form broken tags. This page often omits opening or closing tags.
